I received a damaged/defective product, can I return it?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can return it in the same condition in which you received it with the original packaging and in its proper packaging.  Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if the product is damaged or defective, we will process the return and refund the price of the product plus any shipping fees.

I received an incorrect product, how can I return it?

In some unusual cases when you receive an incorrect product, you may return the product in the same condition you received it in with the original box and in its proper packaging.  Once we receive the product, we will complete the return and process the refund for you, you can return within 15 days from the date of purchase.

I changed my mind, can I return the product I purchased?

If you change your mind about a product, before the product is shipped.  You can contact us to cancel it or you can cancel it yourself from our website at smilelevering.com.  We will complete the refund in addition to the applicable shipping fees to the same card from which the payment was made and it will appear in your bank account within 7-14 working days.  If you want to return the product after receiving it, you have 15 days to return it, bearing in mind the following terms and conditions:

I used my credit card to complete the purchase, how do I get a refund?

In the event that you cancel the order or we do so before shipment, the amount will be automatically transferred to your card and appear in your bank account within 7-14 working days.

If you cancel an order, which has been shipped but not delivered to you yet, you will receive the full amount you paid as a smilelevering.com store credit within 24 hours.  If you request a refund, we can transfer it to your credit/debit card.  Depending on the bank that issued the card, the amount may take up to 30 days to appear on your card balance.

For products received, if the reason for the return complies with our return policy and our team checks it for verification, we will transfer the price of the product (with the amount paid as base shipping fee charged) to a smilelevering.com credit for you within 24 hours.  If you request a refund, we can transfer it to your credit/debit card.  Depending on the bank that issued the card, the amount may take up to 30 days to appear on your card balance.

You can also request that the amount in the smilelevering.com balance be transferred to your bank account or the same card used for payment within 180 days/6 months from the date the order was made.

I ordered products from smilelevering.com and chose to pay cash on delivery, how do I do a return?

If you choose to pay by cash/card upon receipt, the amount will be transferred as a credit to you on smilelevering.com.  And at smilelevering.com you can order new products or transfer the balance to your bank account.
